Pet Session

So I had the fun opportunity to photograph all the pets of a friend of mine the other weekend...here is a sampling of the shoot. Click: Proofing

The pets are fun to see how their personalities come out in different ways than humans but still in similar ways as well. It really is true that there are more people buying pets than having kids these days. Or once the kids are grown and out of the house the family adopts animals as an extension of the family.

Whether its in addition to children or the animals are the kids they are fun and we love them just as much. Enjoy the beautiful day it's turning out to be and have a great, safe and happy summer!

2nd Love Story Session with Sarah and Jason

Hey all! Hope you are doing well on this rainy afternoon of a Thursday! Thanks for coming out to visit my page again though! Always lots of new things happening and images to be seen. Today I'm featuring Shoot #2 from Sarah & Jason...A great couple I have had the pleasure of working with over the last two weeks to create some new fun images for their love story around landmarks of the Lehigh Valley. This past weekend we were at Looper's Grille and Bar, on third street in historic south side of Bethlehem, PA to shoot some photos. business owner, Natalie Miller was the matchmaker for this couple telling Sarah that she had to call Jason, and I'm sure Jason was told that he had to meet Sarah. Well the rest is history. They will begin their life together as husband and wife July 19th! So check back after that for a showcase of their incredible wedding photos as well! E-Session with Sarah and Jason

Hello again all! Just wanted to share a few picks from a shoot currently known in the industry as an E-Session, but I call it a "Love Story" shoot. I had the chance today to work with a great couple, Sarah and Jason who will be married in July 2008! We were allowed back in the now some what empty buildings of the Bethlehem Steel. Where we could see the past and present meeting. Across the way the new casino is going up slated to be done some time in 2009-2010. We were allowed access to areas such as the welfare rooms and Machine Shop #2 which is a few football fields long. I am really excited to capture the moments at their wedding as well that they will cherish for a lifetime. The "Love Story" images will also be available at their reception for all of their friends and family to see.

New Self Portraits

Hello All!
I hope everyone had a marvelous weekend last week, a great week this week and tonight is the start of an amazing weekend for sure! I will be down on the South Side of Bethlehem for the Spring on 4th, What's on 3rd Celebration & Annual Chili Cook Off! I will be providing visitors with FREE pet portraits. Clearly the new photos I just posted with this blog are not pet photos...but I felt like messing around with my camera today and doing some new self portraits. A bit at the request of a friend, but yes even the photographer needs pictures of themselves...So have told me I take to many, but then again it's hard to get anyone to take pictures of me. Unless you're Ryan capturing silly photos of me at random chip and putt sessions. ;-) None the less I love it all the same. Photography is amazing! It captures things that otherwise we would miss perhaps . I love the first picture on here where I got the chance to mix the blue light with the white light from the indoor light. It is really neat when you get the chance to mix light and pull colors into your photos that you would not otherwise know were there.
