Megan and Madi @ The Beach!

So here is some more from the twins...AWESOME PHOTO CHICKS! They always have a new expression or face for me...I'm going to really enjoy looking back at all of these as they get older and grow up. The was our trip to the beach with 4 other families (each with 3 kids) so at any given time there was usually about 10-12 kids in the house and lots of energy to boot. I forgot how covered in sand kids get...but they love the beach. It doesn't matter to them if they get sand in their shorts or ice cream on their face...and they cry when it's time to go home for the night and wash all the sand away! Overall though, it was a great week with lots of PIRATE Adventures. Then we came back to PA for our own adventures of going to the library and walking for smoothies with "TT" and mommy! Most nights by 5-6pm I'm tired! they used to tell their mom that I tire them out...now it's me and mommy that are tired! They are great girls and I love all of them to pieces! Enjoy the photos...perhaps you'll see one or two that remind you of you family and childhood summer vacations!

Happy Diggin for sand crabs!

Sarah and Jason - Tie the Knot - Highlights

So I had a hard time picking just a small number of photos to showcase from Sarah and Jason's wedding once I finally did the edits. My second shoot and I compiled some amazing shots to really tell the story of the day!

Sarah said two amazing statements when she called after her and her husband got to sit down and look at all the images; "I cried when I finally got to see the pictures, They look amazing!" and "You and the other photographers that you hired took some photos we didn't even realize that you had taken!"

But the true honor was getting to work with such a great couple and their families for what turned out to be one of my best wedding shoots to date! I look forward to helping them to build an amazing album and more for them to share with their family and friends for years to come!

Congrats again Sarah and Jason! I hope you remember your special day forever...you two are such an awesome couple

Blessings,
Kate

Strike Out Cancer - Green Hope Charities - Iron Pigs Stadium

Last weekend I shot at the Iron Pigs Stadium in Allentown for Green Hope Charities, Women's 5k Classic and Race Against the Sun...All Charities that raise money for different variations of cancer. It was a great event at a SOLD OUT Game for the Iron Pigs and Wilkes-Barre Scranton Yankees. Green Hope sold raffle tickets that auctioned off 2 autographed jerseys from that nights game on special Iron Pigs Jerseys that were to advertise for the big sponsor for the "harley night" game, Crossroads Harley Davidson, located down in Center Valley, PA. GHC also did a silent auction to auction off all the Iron Pigs Jerseys that all the players were wearing, that at the end of the game the players would take off and autograph for each of the winners of the auctions as well.

All in all it was a great night and a fun time for all that attended and volunteered their time to help!

Thank you and Enjoy the Photos!

Play Ball!,
Kate

Just because I think this is the best

So I recently shot a bit of a different love story for a couple, Jean and Terry...They are getting married next month after 16 years of dating, road trips to visit all the kids and follow their sports and activities, run a vet clinic, enjoy trips to wineries and as well as local auctions...so the love story will, when it's done hopefully document their love story by touching on all of those things as well as many others. The first shoot brought some really great images, but I really like this one of Terry in his element. I think it's a very untraditional environmental portrait of Terry at his clinic with one of his patients. This project has been so far and will hopefully remain forever for the couple a great new way to remember old memories and help create new ones. I can't wait to shoot pictures at the wedding.

Congrats you two, you deffinitly deserve all the happiness in the world...

enjoy the day and enjoy the pictures!

Blessings,
Kate

Vegas 2

So tonight I am pretty much blogging for all the photos that I have yet to get caught up on from weddings, trips and random other stuff. At the moment though I'm going to share some more photos from Vegas when I went out to see my friend Ryan! I was talking to his mom the other day and realized she had not been able to see the great photos I took the day we hiked Red Rock National Park with his furry friend Rasta! So here you go! I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

Blessings,

Kate
